One of the international events organized by the Catholic Church is world youth day. It focuses on young people all over the planet.
Obverse: In the inner part of the coin depicts the young men holding the flags of the Vatican and of Spain. Between the human figures are a sign of the mint in Rome (the letter "R") and the year of issue "2011". As well as the marks of the sculptor("the O. ROSSI") and engraver ("MCC INC.").
A circle of text:
• at the top, "XXVI" and "G. M. G" ("Giornata Mondiale della Gioventu" — "world youth day");
• base — the name of the issuing country "CITTA` DEL VATICANO (State of Vatican city").
