Description
On the reverse, in the Central part of the field of coins on the background of mountains and lush forests, over which hovers a hawk, the images of the historical huts, found in the national Park great smoky mountains. Near the rim of the coin-a semicircular inscription: at the top - "GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS" (great smoky mountains); in the lower – left "TENNESSEE" (Tennessee) and to the right "E PLURIBUS UNUM" (motto of the United States - e Pluribus Unum). Also in the bottom part are shown the year of coinage in the form of a horizontal inscription "2014".
On the obverse of the coin depicts George Washington. On the left side of the portrait of the first President of the United States the inscription "Liberty" means "Freedom" and the right side "In God We Trust", which translated means "In God we trust" and below it the mint's mark. Following the coin circumference there are inscriptions "United States of America" above and below – "Quarter Dollar".
