On the coin 25 cents national forest White mountain struck the image of the White mountains in new Hampshire. The mountain is located through the forest, when viewed from the side of the lake. On top of the reverse of the quarter is derived the name "White Mountain" on the left side is the state name "New Hampshire", on the right the motto of the United States "E Pluribus Unum", which means "out Of many, one", and below the year of issue "2013".
On the obverse: portrait of George Washington. This portrait has become a characteristic from 1932 to coins with a value of a quarter dollar. The circumference of the obverse are the inscriptions: lower – "Quarter Dollar", the coin in a quarter, the top is "United States of America", "United States", the right side of the portrait – "In God We Trust", meaning "In God we trust" and on the left, "Liberty", "Freedom".
