2200 years since the death of Titus Plautus Maccia
Titus Macci Plautus (lat. Titus Maccius Plautus; approx. 250 BC — 184 BC) — Roman dramatist, author of the ancient comedies, the content of which was influenced by Greek culture.
Obverse: On the Central disc depicts a fragment of the ancient mosaic depicting the masks of tragedy and Comedy. Along the top edge of the disc there is a stylized image of the Roman theatre in the middle — designation of the issuing state (abbreviation "RI"). To the left is the mint mark (letter "R"), right — initials of the artist "LDS". The masks indicate the years "184A.With." and "2016" below the name "PLAUTO". On the outer ring the twelve stars of the European Union
Reverse: Map of Europe located on the right side. On the background of the map shows six vertical lines. At the ends of these lines are 12 stars. To the left of the card has a numerical value. On the card is a horizontal inscription "EURO"
