Description
Series "Holidays and rituals of Belarusians" - "Kupalle" ("Midsummer day", "Ivan Kupala").
Obverse: in the circle framed by a geometric pattern – the relief image of the State emblem of the Republic of Belarus; in the center – the solar sign comprising an octagonal geometric shapes with rhombic elements of decoration, symbolizing the rays of the sun; beneath it indicated the year of coinage; inscriptions along the circle: in the upper part – "the REPUBLIC of BELARUS" at the bottom – "AZN RUBEL".
Reverse: in the centre, amid rising above the natural landscape of the sun – the relief image of the fern blossom, left and right – the relief image of the Belarusian national ornament with elements of motive of Kupala; underneath, an inscription in a circle "KUPALLE".
